No, we are purely an online rental boutique! Our bags are shipped Australia wide – unfortunately there is no trying on!

We carry only authentic designer goods. All of our bags & accessories are purchased at their respective boutiques only, ensuring their authenticity. We don’t take chances purchasing from second-hand retailers!

The items are brand new when we purchase them! However, as the items are subjected to rental, you may or may not receive a brand new item. Nevertheless, we believe in maintaining the highest standards for all our items & we will never deliver something that does not meet these standards. All items are quality controlled & hand inspected to ensurer you complete satisfaction.

There are no hidden costs! Delivery & cleaning costs are absorbed into the rental price. The price you see is the price you pay!

Our standard delivery days are Monday – Friday. If the delivery is urgent then we will try our best to deliver to you outside of these standards. There is an extra cost for this service.

We ship all of our orders using Aus Post Express service. Some larger items are posted via Star Track. When we dispatch your order for delivery, you will receive a unique tracking number by email. You can check the status of your shipment on the Aus Post website.

Don’t stress! Just drop your parcel into your local post office the next working business day.

Delivery is not considered a part of the rental period. Rental time starts are soon as the item is delivered to your door. You are entitled to keep the item for as many days as it was order. As a courtesy reminder, we send customers a reminder email and/or text notifying them of their return date the day before it is due.

If any of these unfortunate things happen, the first thing you should do is contact us immediately. Lost Items: If the rented item is lost, you will be charged a replacement fee, which can vary depending on the item in question. Soiled / Damaged Items: If bags or accessories are dirtied or damaged, we will ask you to return the bag to us as soon as possible so that we an assess the extent of the damage. If damage is beyond normal wear & tear, such that the item becomes incapable or being repaired or restored, you will be charged a replacement fee. Replacement Fees: Each bag or accessory is valued individually based on its retail price, demand and condition. Therefore, all replacement fees are different. Please see the individual items original retail price for replacement fees.

This almost never happens! However, if another customer is late to return the only item available we will then arrange to offer you an alternative item.
